He was predeceased by: his parents, David Horne and Genevra Horne (Patton); his son Cody Skufca; and his sister Carol Horne. He is survived by: his children, Crystal DeCola (Denim Kelley), Heather Butram (Jeff), Amee Whorley (Brian) and Isabella Ward; his brothers, David (Dee), Johnny (Patty) and Bob Horne; his grandchildren, Briana Ball, Katelynn Butram, Liam Butram, Brianna Whorley, Adrian Whorley and Kalay Skufca; his great grandchild Sawyer Hobbs; and his pet Cracker. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
A memorial gathering will be held on Friday, September 18th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Zaback-Williams-Ducro Funeral Home (500 W Prospect Rd, Ashtabula, OH 44004).
Should friends desire, memorial contributions may be made in Earl's name to the family to assist with expenses.
