He is survived by: his wife Barbara (Collins); his children, Debby Sarbiewski (Ted), Diane Gisentaner (Warren), David L. Carlson (Denise) and Dawn Delacruz (Vinny); and his siblings, Patricia Gough (Kenny) and Tom Carlson (Barbara). He is also survived by his 13 grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren.
