She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Czayka and Anne Czayka (Kovalcik); her husband John Yokosuk; her son Brian; and her brother Richard Czayka.
She is survived by: her sons, Mark, Peter (Kimberly) and Nathan Yokosuk (Pearl); her daughter-in-law Debbie Yokosuk; her sisters, Marian Masters and Joanne Shaffer; her grandchildren, Michael, Morgan Webber (Ryan), Matthew (Alexandra) and Brandon Birch (Angie); and her great grandchildren, Mia, Layla and Lydia.
Visitation was held on Thursday, May 29th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the First Grace Gospel Church (5730 Adams Ave, Ashtabula, OH 44004). A funeral service was held on Thursday, May 29th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A committal service was held on Thursday, May 29th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Greenlawn Memorial Gardens.
Burial will follow in Greenlawn Memorial Gardens in lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made to the church.
