He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Andolsek and Joanne Andolsek. He is survived by: his daughter Melissa Lukehart (Rodger) of Coalport, PA; his grandchildren, Makenzie, Madison and Jake Lukehart; and his siblings, Kathy Jewell, Nikki Andolsek and Joe Jewell.
