He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Perry and Agnes Perry (Laveck); his wife Teresa Caruso; and his siblings, Teresa Dellerba, Walter Perry and Carol Peet.

He is survived by: his brothers, Joseph Patrick Perry (Lynda) and Francis Bernard Perry (Diane); his children, Michael Perry (Susan), Michelle Perry and Jeanine Potter; his grandchildren, Jessica Bumstead (Jessie), Nicholas Potter, Vincent Perry and Joseph Potter; and his great grandchildren, Quinn Potter and Reece Bumstead.

Donations may be made to St. Jude's Children's Hospital in lieu of flowers.
