She was predeceased by: her parents, Vern Richard and Udora Stowers (Bowers); her stepfather Rip Stowers; the father of her children Robert E. Foltz, Sr.; her son Ronald Foltz; and her siblings, Harriet McClintic, Virginia Robinson, Florence Lockwood, Ruth Ann Johnson, Jane Gollon and Junior Nelson.

She is survived by: her children, Richard Foltz (Sandy) of Andover, Robin Mullen (Alan) of Dorset, Robert Foltz, Jr. (Tara Mozzocco) of Ashtabula and Roberta Trend of Eastlake; and her siblings, Rip Stowers of Jefferson and Joann Richmond of Jefferson. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; four great-grandchildren.
