She was predeceased by: her parents, Vern Richard and Udora Stowers (Bowers); her stepfather Rip Stowers; the father of her children Robert E. Foltz, Sr.; her son Ronald Foltz; and her siblings, Harriet McClintic, Virginia Robinson, Florence Lockwood, Ruth Ann Johnson, Jane Gollon and Junior Nelson.
She is survived by: her children, Richard Foltz (Sandy) of Andover, Robin Mullins (Alan) of Ashtabula, Robert Foltz, Jr. (Tara Mozzocco) of Ashtabula and Roberta Trend of Eastlake; and her siblings, Rip Stowers of Jefferson and Joann Richmond of Jefferson. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; four great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, December 12th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Zaback-Williams-Ducro Funeral Home (500 W Prospect Rd, Ashtabula, OH 44004). A funeral service will be held on Friday, December 12th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
Memorials may be made to Bulah Calvary UM Church.
