In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy Gloria leaves behind and her impact on the lives of her loved ones. Though Gloria may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the memories held dear by her family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Lee and Iola Story (Stevenson); her son Christopher D. Broyles; and her siblings, Mary Jean Story, Henry L., Harvey L., Edward L., Harry L and LeRoy L.
She is survived by: her sons, Maurice Broyles and James L. Broyles of Texas; and her sister Dorothy Dyer of Ashtabula. She is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren, and many many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, December 5th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Guerriero Funeral Home (1550 W 19th St, Ashtabula, OH 44004). A memorial service was held on Friday, December 5th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
