He is survived by: his wife Jean Gaines (Frampton); his children, Kristine Laveck (James), Steven Gaines and Jason Gaines (Lori); his grandchildren, Sarah Hakkarainen, Mathew Laveck (Frances) and Jeremy Gaines; his great grandchildren, Ezra Laveck and Kingsley Gaines; and his brothers, Brian Gaines (Cindy) and Scott Gaines (Brenda).
