He was predeceased by : his parents, Charles Edwards Sr. (Gus) and Mildred Majorie Edwards (Siler); and his siblings, Melvin Edwards, Charles Edwards Jr., Vivian Cooper (Wilma), Christine Kennedy (Edwards), Elizabeth Rosado (Edwards), Robin Lovell (Edwards) and Carolyn Ann.

He is survived by : his former life partner Cheryl Guyton (Weese); his daughters, Jerika Hatcher of Canton and Chyvon Crockett (Lacebian); his grandchildren, Tamari, Taliah, Treven, Brandon, Ja'Lyn, Jewliana, Tarynne, Charleigh, Jacob, Skilan, Jayvaughn, Dailan, Tiajah, Keaira and Trevon; his great grandchildren, Zion, Kamari, Emon Jr., J'Juan, J'Laiya, Mel'Leon and Chaz'Eir; his sister Tracy Boose (Whitted); and his great grandchild Emelia Harris. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews, In -laws, bonus grandchildren and great- grandchildren.

A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, May 4th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Hiawatha Church of God in Christ (3417 Hiawatha Ave, Ashtabula, OH 44004).

Should friends desire flowers are welcomed or memorials may be given to the family.
