With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jimmie L. Ruth Sr. of Ashtabula, Ohio, born in Millwood, Georgia. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Reppard and Minnie Mae Ruth (Hargraves); his former wife Dolessa Stegall; his son Darryl; and his siblings, Frances, Willie, Augustus, Joseph and Violet.
He is survived by: his wife June; his sons, Jimmie Jr. (Patrice) of Georgia, Randy (Darla) of Oklahoma and Nathan of Georgia; his stepdaughter Darla Helfer (John) of Sheffield Twp; and his daughter-in-law Sara Ruth of Ashtabula. He is also survived by 20 grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren.
