As we bid John Paul farewell, let us not mourn the absence of his physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of his spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For John Paul is not truly gone, but merely transformed, his energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul and Vera Ginatos (Kokkinakis); his sister H. Elaine Stofan (Maynard); and his brother-in-law William Kurten Gebhardt. He is survived by: his sister Necoletta P. Gebhardt of Ashtabula; and his sibling's children, Paul Stofan (Jennifer), Perry Stofan (Theresa), Patricia Craft, Timothy Gebhardt (Cathy) and Thom Gebhardt.
A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, July 29th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Ducro Funeral Home (4524 Elm Ave, Ashtabula, OH 44004).
