It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jon T. Field of Ashtabula, Ohio, who passed away on July 13, 2022, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry A. Field and Hilma M. Field (Raisanen); his aunts, Martha Mackey (George) and Alice Hoskins (Larry); his uncle Ray Raisanen (Helena); and his cousin Rebecca Hodges (Bill).
He is survived by: his wife Mary E. Field (Pastorius); his cousins, Roberta Carrick (Steve), Amy Merritt (Greg) and Eric Hodges (Nicole); his siblings-in-law, Janis Johnson (Charles) and Ed Pastorius (Janet); and his caregivers, Rachel, Machelle, Rebecca, Dr. Carrillo, Dr. D'Silva, Dr. Muthusamy and Dr. Ogunlesi.
