She was predeceased by: her parents, Estill Ratliff and Mary Ratliff (Slone); her sisters, Frances Flinchum, Emma Jean Candela and Barabara Rood; and her stepdaughter Jenna Vance.
She is survived by: her children, Penny Sanchez of Ashtabula and Waylande Sanchez (Julia Sherman) of Smithville; her stepchildren, Juana Rivera, Ana Sanchez, Juan Sanchez Jr. and Betty DiMare; her grandchildren, Willy Sanchez Jr. of Geneva and Stephanie Sanchez of Florida; and her siblings, Phyllis Torrance (Jimmy) of Ashtabula, Patsy Hammond (Wayne) of Chillicothe and Donald Ratliff (Sherry) of Kentucky.
