She was predeceased by: her parents, Merle Levin and Marilyn Levin (Rubin). She is survived by: her husband Patrick Gogolen; her siblings, Dennis Levin (Lesley Reed) of Washington and Nancy Levin; and her nephews, Shawn Levin (Michelle Kosterich) and Sage Levin.
