She was predeceased by: her parents, George Albert and Ivy Ruth King (Simmons); her former husband Dan Swann; her husband Donald Radike; her daughter Debbie Blough; and her son-in-law Howard Young.

She is survived by: her children, Greg Swann of Ashtabula, Kristina Kaydo of Euclid and Michele Young (Bill Olsen) of Navarre, FL; her son-in-law Tim Blough of Jefferson; and her grandchildren, Belinda Lynch (Mike), Jeffery Ernst, Danielle Ernst-Barkley (Alan), April Rock (Jimmy Goodman), Kenny Blough, Lindsey Reardon (Patrick) and Janelle Swann. She is also survived by great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
