Fernandez of Allentown; his mother Juana Fernandez; his siblings, Victor Figueroa and Sonia Nieves; his nephew Regino Mendoza; his sister Ivette Figueroa of Allentown; his children, Jennifer and Shawn Melendez; and his stepchildren, Mirlanyn Duarte, Lizbeth Diaz of Allentown and Carlos R. Diaz of South Carolina.
