She was predeceased by: her parents, Warren Kirby and Hilda Kirby (Wetter); her husband John Slepicka; and her son-in-law Michael Oostdyk. She is survived by: her children, Kathleen Mulhall (Duwayne), John Slepicka (Sherry), James Slepicka (Suzie) and Kim Oostdyk. She is also survived by six grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
