She is survived by: her significant other Claude "Bud" Wheattall; her children, Melissa Caruso (Dominic), Claude "Butch" Wheattall IV (Grace) and Mary Camplese; her grandchildren, Jessica Cotton (Ryan), Jerry Hoback (Tiffany), Amanda Wheattall, Samantha Hawkins (David), Logan Bauer (Amanda), Marie Yackey (Joshua) and Marissa Camplese; her great grandchildren, Dylan Cotton, Abigail Cotton, RJ Cotton, Liam Wortman, Alex Hawkins, Emily Hoback, Jayse Hoback, Amelia Bauer, Ella Yackey and Roland Yackey; her siblings, Vaughn Platt (Debbie), Nicki Wilpula and Darlene Gonzalez; and her caregivers, Brianna, Hailey and Camille. She is also survived by nieces and a nephew.

Visitation was held on Friday, October 16th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Potti Funeral Home & Cremation Service (1329 Lake Ave, Ashtabula, OH 44004). A funeral service was held on Friday, October 16th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the same location.
