She was predeceased by: her parents, John Elzeer and Pearl Elzeer (Phillips); her husband David Strong, Sr.; her brothers, Dean Elzeer and John Elzeer; and her stepson Bruce Strong.
She is survived by: her sons, David Strong (Dottie) of Whately, MA and Mark Strong of Columbus, OH; her stepson Bradley Strong (Adelaide) of Ashtabula; and her grandchildren, Joel, Todd, Scott, Neel, Deborah, Terry, Chad, Jason, Aimee and Cassandra.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, July 20th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM and on Monday, July 21st 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM. A funeral service will be held on Monday, July 21st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Trinity Presbyterian Church (1342 W Prospect Rd, Ashtabula, OH 44004). A burial will be held on Monday, July 21st 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Edgewood Cemetery (4011 State Rd, Ashtabula, OH 44004).
