She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Eurez and Lucille Eurez (Valeriano); and her husband Michael Sebastian. She is survived by: her daughter Sandra M. DeGennaro; her grandchildren, Mark DeGennaro (Shelly), Andrea DeGennaro (Mark Hanna) and Michael DeGennaro; her great grandchildren, Amber, Brook and Zachary; and her siblings, Rose Rentz and Paul Eurez.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial contribution can be made in her name to the Ashtabula APL or St. John's School in Ashtabula.
