It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary M. Tobias (Ashtabula, Ohio), who passed away on October 25, 2025, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Mary M. Tobias to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph DeCola and Lucia DeCola (Potente); her spouse Thomas E. Tobias; and her sisters, Mary Lou DeCola and Theresa DeCola.

She is survived by: her siblings, Joseph DeCola (Wanda), Joanna Schiedel (William), David DeCola (Cynthia) and Nicholas DeCola; her children, Scott DeCola (Justin Stiles DeCola), Cassandra Wade (Michael), Cody Tobias (Amber Adams) and Dawn Childs; and her grandson Max Edward Wade. She is also survived by granddaughters; and dozens of nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made in her name to Ashtabula County Animal Protective League, 5970 Green Rd, Ashtabula, OH 44004, and Hospice of the Western Reserve, 1166 Lake Ave, Ashtabula, OH 44004.
