He is survived by: his mother Mary Ann Hines (Harakal); his wife Wendy Kay Cruikshank; his children, Michael Hines, Bobbie Jo Boncimino (Elliott) and Joseph Hines (Hannah Fowler); his grandchildren, Faith, Savanah, Serenity, Hunter, Aubree and Elinor; and his siblings, Brenda Carr (Randy), Daniel Hines (Karen), Penny Westfall (Andrew) and James Hines (Julie). He is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
