She was predeceased by: her parents, John Perkins and Gladys Perkins (Pierce); her husband Richard Lee Welker; her daughter-in-law Jennifer Hamrick; her great grandchild Piper; and her siblings, Lucille Mracek, Marlene Shaffer, Cynthia Keyes, Timothy, Charles, John Jr., Ronald and Robert Perkins.
She is survived by: her children, Brenda Butler (Brian), Kenneth Hamrick (Pil) and Kris Hamrick; and her siblings, Gerald Perkins of Ashtabula, Evelyn Beeman of Ashtabula, James Perkins of Ashtabula, William Perkins (Cheryl) of Willoughby, Rebecca Jeffrey of Andover and Thomas Perkins (Nicole) of Ashtabula. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 19 great grandchildren.
