She is survived by: her husband Michael Donato; her children, Greg Davis (Jamie) of St. Petersburg, FL, Lisa Donato of Mentor, Michael Donato, Jr. (Kristi) of Concord, Angela Kendall (Shane) of Geneva and Lori Donato of Ashtabula; and her grandchildren, Janella, Georgia, Grayson, Addison, Miranda, Lexi, Alyssa, Jacob, Jaxson, Abigail and Patrick.

Contributions in her memory may be made to the Kendall Foundation, 3120 Market Place Drive, Suite E, Ashtabula, OH 44004 to establish the Patti Donato Memorial Scholarship.
