It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patsy A. Richey of Ashtabula, Ohio, who passed away on July 11, 2025, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Richey (Rich) and Amelia Richey (Muto); and his brother Ernest (Shirley). He is survived by: his children, Richard Jenkins (Suzanne), Suzanne Viall, Jo Anne Surbella (Robert) and Joseph Richey (Wendy); his grandchildren, Rochelle Surbella, Daniel Viall, Richard Jenkins (Holly), Gian Surbella (Ashley), Anthony Richey and Megan Bancroft (Jody); his great grandchildren, Dru Hathy, Austin Shreve, Emily Hathy, Berkley Jenkins, Bruin Jenkins, Olivia Bancroft and Nico Surbella; and his caregivers, Vicky Giangola and Dr. Ajay Kumar.
