He was predeceased by: his father Harry "Dutch" Cotton. He is survived by: his mother Barbra Cotton (Maynard); his wife Roni Cotton; his children, Ryan Cotton (Jessica), Lindsey Elly (Mike), Brent Cotton and Taylor Cotton; his grandchildren, Dylan, Abby and Colton; and his sister Pam Bloom (Greg).
Memorial contributions may be made in Randy's name to the Jefferson Area Little League or the American Cancer Society-Pancreatic Cancer Research Fund, envelopes will be available at the funeral home or can be mailed to The Cotton Family c/o Fleming-Billman, PO BOX 201, Jefferson, Ohio 44047.
