He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Eskelin and Isabel Eskelin. He is survived by: his children, Judy Carlson, Victoria Hale and Mike Eskelin (Laurie); his grandchildren, Brandon Larson (Felicia), Jimmy Hale (Thyessa), Eric Hale, Alanna Crisman and Joelle Smith (Russell); his wife Janet (Laatu); his son Rick Eskelin; and his grandson Ryan Carlson. He is also survived by several great grandchildren and one Great-Great Grandchild.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 6th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Guerrero Funeral Home (1550 W 19th St, Ashtabula, OH 44004).
