He is survived by: his wife Fran; his children, Duane Kertyzak and Tracy Lake (Jim); his grandchildren, Matthew, Kyle, Rae Marie and Kailey; and his great grandchildren, Kash, Norah, Emery, Jaycee, Keegan and Guiliana. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
