He is survived by: his mother Barbara Slayton; his sister Kelly Slayton; his sons, Nicholas Slayton (Tori), Eric Slayton and Jacob Slayton; his grandchildren, Brody, Neji and Maple Slayton; and his nieces, Tiffany Slayton and Samantha Lindsey. He is also survived by five daughters; along with many extended family members and friends.
