He is survived by: his siblings, Ealline Blair, Annette DiBell (Don), Albert Blair and Cheryl Blair (Phillip Carlo, Jr.); and his nieces and nephews, Lisa DiBell, Angelina Hildebrand, Aaron Carr, Josephine Lopez, Robert DiBell, Phillip Carlo, III and Sara Evans.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 30th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Ducro Funeral Home (4524 Elm Ave, Ashtabula, OH 44004).
