Polk Jr. (Ashtabula, Ohio), born in Cleveland, Ohio, who passed away on August 31, 2022, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Stephen W. Polk, and Mildred Polk, Sr. (Lilly). He is survived by: his sons, Stephen Polk III (Sonya) and Wesley James Polk; his grandchildren, Jake, Josh Polk, Nicole Stroud and Mandy Curtis; his great grandchildren, Starr, Summer, Sky, Olivia and Morgan; his friend Roberta Rose; his close friend Monica Thompson; and his friend Alice Mackey-Huston.
