It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Tavis L. Osborne of Ashtabula, Ohio, born in McDowell, Kentucky, who passed away on November 9, 2023, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Oscar Osborne and Marybelle Osborne; and his siblings, Bethel Lang, Bea Root, Zetta Brooks, Brenda Snow and Kenny Osborne.
He is survived by : his children, Tammy Osborne of Ashtabula, Tavis Jr. of Ashtabula, Timmy of Ashtabula and Shane of Ashtabula; his stepchildren, Danny Moody and Shelly Carpenter of Georgia; his friend Brenda; and his siblings, Hazel Reed of Ashtabula, Bettie Frasure of Ashtabula, Nora Pinney (Rick) of Ashtabula and Oscar Osborne (Sherry) of Florida. He is also survived by six grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren.
