Maynard (Wilhelm); his children, Thomas Maynard (Kelly), Jason Maynard, Meagan Maynard (Andrew) and Jessica Sherman (James); his grandchildren, Clayton (Barb), Nate, Madison, Jayden, Silas, Jaxon, Sawyer, Elizabeth, Kayce, Blaze, Marley, Paisley, Nova, Willow and Jarred; his great grandchild Mallory; and his brothers, Dolphus Maynard, Roger Maynard (Elona) and Les Bolen (Annette). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
