He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Rutherford and Mary Rutherford (Vilagi); and his sister-in-law Christine Rutherford. He is survived by: his siblings, Larry Rutherford of Boston and Marlene Bruckman (V. Henry) of Ashtabula; and his siblings' children, Wendy, Jeff and Tim.
