He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Smith and Brenda Smith (Pewitt); and his close friend Gina. He is survived by: his son T. Corey Smith (Nicole); his granddaughter Charlotte Grace "Charlie" Smith; and his sisters, Tonya Smith, Tracey Nelis (Dave), Angela Nemeth (Louis) and Laura Jackson-Samson (Rick). He is also survived by daughter that he loved as his own; and numerous nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews that just loved their Uncle.
