He is survived by: his wife Cindy VanAllen-Moore; his daughters, Dawn New (Dale), Michelle David, Sandra Geiser (John), Marcy Ketchem (Paul) and Samantha Piscura (Jeff); his grandchildren, Michael, Alex, Eric, Christian, Jake, Sydney and Mason; and his brother Clyde Moore (Louise).
