He is survived by: his wife Sara; his children, John Campbell (Trudie) of Ashtabula, Ohio and Melody Campbell of Brunswick, Ohio; his grandchildren, Heather Angel (Mike) of Ashtabula, Courtney Mancini (Nick) of Broadview Heights and Curtis Campbell of Cleveland, Ohio; his great grandchildren, Pierce and Adalynn Angel; his sister-in-law Thelma Patrick of Virginia Beach, Virginia; and his friend Micky Simko. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
