He was predeceased by: his parents, James Ford and Dorma Deems (Falls); and his siblings, Velma Starcher, Ernie Deems and Alice Deems.
He is survived by: his wife Crystal; his children, William Deems, Jr., Laura Deems and Carolyn Burns; his siblings, Charles, Arnold, James Deems, Lizzy Henshaw, Emma Jean Deems, Chessie Deems, Sylvia Deems and Goldia Runnion; his grandsons, Chirstopher and Joshua Deems; and his friend David Weaver.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 2nd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Ducro Funeral Home (4524 Elm Ave, Ashtabula, OH 44004). A burial will be held on Thursday, October 2nd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Saybrook Cemetery (7247 Center Rd, Ashtabula, OH 44004).
Should friends desire memorial contributions may be made in his name to the Hospice of the Western Reserve, 1166 Lake Ave., Ashtabula, Ohio 44004.
