She is survived by: her mother Ethel Phelan (Archer); and her children, Don C. Jr. (Robin) of Indian Lake, David W. (Debbie) of Ashville, Charles E. (Deborah) of Circleville and Janet Prater (Keith) of Westchester. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 37 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandchild.
