He was predeceased by: his parents, William T. Bailey and Estell J. Bailey (Johnson). He is survived by: his wife Ruth LaFern Bailey; his son Steve Bailey; his brother Joey Bailey; his brother-in-law Clayton Pendleton; his daughter Stefani Johnson (Jimmy) of Manchester, TN; his grandchildren, Jesse Bailey (Maycee), Jennifer McNutt, Abby Keith (Eric) and Emily Gilliam (Brian); his great grandchildren, Jordyn, Dakota, Mariah, Alexiah, Alyssa, Kaisyn, Karsyn, Thomas and Annabelle; and his sister Carol Pendleton. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
