Charles V. Bailey Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Charles V. Bailey of Ashville, Ohio, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 4, 2025 at the age of 92. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Charles V. Bailey to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William T. Bailey and Estell J. Bailey (Johnson). He is survived by: his wife Ruth LaFern Bailey; his son Steve Bailey; his brother Joey Bailey; his brother-in-law Clayton Pendleton; his daughter Stefani Johnson (Jimmy) of Manchester, TN; his grandchildren, Jesse Bailey (Maycee), Jennifer McNutt, Abby Keith (Eric) and Emily Gilliam (Brian); his great grandchildren, Jordyn, Dakota, Mariah, Alexiah, Alyssa, Kaisyn, Karsyn, Thomas and Annabelle; and his sister Carol Pendleton. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Reber Hill Cemetery (16810 Winchester Rd, Ashville, OH 43103).
