Visitation was held on Sunday, September 6th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Oliver-Cheek Funeral Home (420 W Main St, Ashville, OH 43103). A funeral service was held on Sunday, September 6th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
Dennis has asked that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to the Perry County Cancer Alliance / The Kat Foundation.
