He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Stanton and Evelyn Stanton (Brooks); and his siblings, James, Larry Davis, Jeannie Lawson, Ruth and Harold Brooks.
He is survived by: his wife Marlene Brooks (Stevenson); his children, Todd Alan Brooks and Mari Marie Brooks; his grandchildren, Evan Neil Brooks, Ethan Todd Brooks, Abigail Rose Markley, Jenna Renee Pena, Ella and Khloe Morrison; and his sisters, Deloris Perkins and Margaret Abel.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the First Church of God (3480 Refugee Rd, Columbus, OH 43232). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
