She is survived by: her grandsons, Jackie Dean Middleton II and Jason Dyer; her nephew Michael Johnson; and her children, Jack Middleton of Chillicothe, Sharon Dyer (Craig) of Thornville, Anita Fields of Circleville, Leona Walker of Crooksville and James Middleton (Laura) of New Straitsville. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great great grandchildren; a host of nieces and nephews.
