We announce the death of Orban Randall Burchwell (Ashville, Ohio), who passed away on September 18, 2026, at the age of 88. Orban will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. He was predeceased by: his parents, Olga Burchwell and Epsie Burchwell (Kelly). He is survived by: his wife Margaret (Wilson); his children, Randall, Gregory, Tamara Ahlstrom and Julie Hanshaw (Dale); his grandchildren, Mathew (Brooke), Patricia, Dolly Nelson, Joel (Brittney), Tara (Laura), Austin, Mandy Ahlstrom (Casey Orem), Josh Hanshaw, Jeff Hanshaw and Melissa Jennings (Tim); and his sister Cora Paul. He is also survived by 13 great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 25th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Oliver-Cheek Funeral Home (420 W Main St, Ashville, OH 43103). A celebration of life was held on Friday, September 25th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
