She was predeceased by: her parents, Kennard Kinney and Dessie Ruth Powell (Truex); her husband E. Jay Loy; her daughter Heidi Loy; and her brothers, Gene Powell (Joyce) and Edison Powell.
She is survived by: her children, Eric Loy (Sarah) and Lori Halliburton (Rob); her grandchildren, Tommy Loy (Myra), Victoria Loving (Aaron), Elizabeth Loy, Christina Lee (Kyle) and Bryan Bates (Stephanie); and her sister Cindy Wade (Bob). She is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren; brother.
