He was predeceased by : his parents, Joseph Bailey and Letitia Bailey (Younger). He is survived by : his wife Rebecca A. Bailey; his children, Christa Garrett (James Wirth), Anne Moyers (Lawrence Blair) and David Housh; his grandchildren, Emerald Nicole "Emma" Newman (Lloyd), Elizabeth Shahan and Michelle Pelletier; and his great grandchildren, Aidyn and Charley.
