He is survived by: his wife Sarah (Callihan); his daughters, Izabella Jayne and Skylar Kalyn; his parents, Jerry Moore and Kathy Moore; his brother Jeremy Moore (Heather); his father-in-law Robert; his brother-in-law Zackary Callihan (April); his stepsiblings, Austin and Alexandria; and his nieces and nephews, Logan, Avery, Kylie, Kevin, Paisley, Charlotte and Owen.
Visitation was held on Sunday, January 4th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Wellman Funeral Home (1455 N Court St, Circleville, OH 43113). A funeral service was held on Sunday, January 4th 2026 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Moore Girls Savings.
