He was predeceased by: his grandfather Gordon G. Perrill; and his uncle Mike Perrill. He is survived by: his father Mark G. Perrill (Gayle) of Ashville; his children, Macon Slade Perrill of Columbus and Nautica Marie Perrill of Jackson; his mother Carol Lee Falcon (Eduardo F.) of Galena; his grandmother Alberta Ann Perrill; his parents-in-law, Stephen and Gail Arthur; the mother of his children Christina Arthur Perrill; his siblings, Kevin Perrill (Samatha) of Denham Springs, LA, Sarah Perrill (Jordan Perez) of Dallas, TX and Aaron Perrill (Kara) of Charlotte, NC; his aunts and uncles, Matt Perrill (Beverly), Tina Bobek (Joe), Teresa Bash, Alice Hutto, Scott Wheeler and Larry Wheeler; and his nieces, Kyleigh Perrill and Madelyn Perrill.
