He is survived by: his wife Sharon Sampson; his children, Kenneth Palkowski, Bill Sampson (Stephanie Parker), Dwight (Dawn Presler), Kevin Presler, Angie (Rob Martin) and Alesha Sampson (Rick McCurdy Jr); his grandchildren, Brittany, Wesley, Sierra, Kylie Ann, Rachel, Gracie and Donnie; and his great grandchildren, Thea, Alora, Isla and Aurora.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 16th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the Oliver-Cheek Funeral Home (420 W Main St, Ashville, OH 43103). A graveside service was held on Wednesday, September 16th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the Harrison Township Cemetery (5001 Union St, South Bloomfield, OH 43103).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the Veterans Club of your choice in Pickaway County in Thomas' name.
