She was predeceased by: her father Roy R. Smith; her husband Charles; her son Norman Roy Shaner (Beverly Guider); and her mother Opal Smith (Young). She is survived by: her children, Bryan Shaner (Amy) of Athens, Ohio, Alan Shaner of Indianapolis, Indiana and Sandy Sanders (Bob) of Millfield, Ohio.; her grandson Kevin Michael Shaner; and her siblings, Guy D. Smith and Beverly Cosby. She is also survived by 19 great-grandchildren.
